• Surface finish of Micro Honed Tubes - up to 0.4 Ra or Better

• Piston Rods-Ground, hard chrome Plated and re-grounded to finish better then 0.1 Ra for longer Seal Life.

Adjustable Stroke cylinder

Special purpose adjustable stroke cylinder with 30 to 35% adjustable in stroke with cushioning is our speciality. These type Hydraulic Cylinders find their application inplastic injetion moulding machines, where molded goods are picked up by robots. This helps in excat position of moulds with respect to robot pick up device to ensure trouble free functioning of system as well as reducing the cycle time by adjustment of travel.
